Ralts evolve question
I just got over 125 Ralts candy. Here are my options:
1) Level 35 6/15/10 (male)
2) Level 25 13/13/11 (female)
3) Wait for a better one
Thanks in advance for your thoughts!

Unless you’re evolving it for the XP with a bunch of other ones, wait. The second one is better, but will require candies and dust to level up, which i’d acquire first before evolving her (might get a better subject. First one is an instant defender with meh stats but requires nothing but evolution.
I’d wait, but if you’re itchy and just want it as an alternate defender right now, go with the first and wait for a real beauty for your next one.
Ralts is a great mon for both offense and defense but it's not one that you're really going to need more than one of. You could consider waiting.
Also keep in mind that it will be a pretty useful counter to Rayquaza's Outrage movesets, arguably its strongest (Destroys Dragonite and is much stronger than its counter move, Ancientpower)
3) Wait for a better one.
Next time it gets to be Cloudy, toss on an Incense and wander around looking for Ralts. (Don't use a Scanner if there is one available. It's illegal, it's bad, it's naughty, it will make it so you can probably catch as much as 2x as many Ralts as you would just by walking around hoping that a Ralts randomly appears on your scanner in some way (if your "Nearby" list is anything like mine, and only seems to display about half of what's around at the best of times - the number of times I'll be walking to the bus stop, will check the "Nearby Pokémon" list, see nothing of interest, then BAM! there's a nice Pokémon like an Abra or a Torchic is enough to make me think that the Nearby Pokémon is more of a possibility and not the actual Pokémon in the area) and that is just plain naughty, so don't do it.)
It might take 3+ Incense, and maybe 2-3 times of doing it, but you'll have both an awesome Ralts (Level 35 and high IV's) and enough candies to evolve 2 of them.
(Just don't use a scanner. Naughty Trainer, thinking about using a Scanner! Naughty! You have a few hours to waste walking in circles to find that one Ralts that spawned 5m out of your range, so if you just walked up that driveway a few steps, you might get it to spawn for you, or that Ralts that is on the far corner of the street that if you were driving and turned left, it would spawn, but if you're walking you're juuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuust out of range - and it's not on your scanner - so you have to come back in just the right amount of time to make sure it spawns, don't you? Don't all Pokémon Go players have that kind of time to spend finding Pokémon that aren't actually showing up on our Pokémon "Nearby" list or on the screen? Naughty trainer, thinking of using a scanner!)
