Is this Raikou worth powering up?

Last month I was able to catch eight Raikou, but none is really good. The best CP is 1870 stats 12/14/10 (80%), and the best IV is 82% (12/10/15). The question is: should I power up the 80% Raikou?

If that 80% is 14 attack I would. I've seen some calculator swap IV mumbers not sure which one you used. I wouldn't worry much about max cp at this point.

Agree. Def go w the 80 IV if it has 14 attack. If it's not then go w the 82.

Don't get too caught up on IVs - they don't make a huge difference and raikou is easily the best electric attacker atm. Really helpful if you want to solo vapes.
