Raikou question

It's the shittiest raikou in the game, why not? I have one too :) I'd also TM it to volt switch/thunder :)

Unless you want to keep is as a collectors item, the only reason I see for keeping it is if it's literally your only Raikou.

I kept my 10/10/10 Tyranitar for the novelty of it. Even used a fast TM to make sure it had the moves to match. Why not? It’s not costing you dust and it’s one spot in your Pokémon storage.
