raikou power up debacle

since raikou is no longer in my region, i was wondering which one everyone in here thinks i should use rare candies to power up.

1893 cp 11s/15a/15d 91.1iv
1902cp 15s/14a/14d 95.6iv

i do have others with better ivs than the 1893 but the 1902 is the best one. i wasnt sure which one since everyone is saying the 15a stat matters most.

I'd go with the 96% one, but that's kind of just my gut feeling.

If I could piggyback off your question, I have a Raikou issue of my own. I got somewhat unlucky with Raikou and my two best are both 1876 CP. I'm going to power up one, but I'm not sure which.

87% — 12s/12a/15d
82% — 10s/15a/12d

I'm not considering their movesets when deciding which to power up — that's what TMs are for.

I'd go with the 15 attack in this situation but you should check breakpoints on a vaporeon solo before you decide. Then again, a rotation may occur and that basis will be useless.

I would think you'd want both brought to L30 eventually. They are simply really good compared to all other electric options.

i agree on the level 30. but im currently at level 38 and wanted to completely max out one of them. thats where i was going with the question.

I'm in the same situation as you. Leaning more towards the 14A with better overall spread and already has wild charge. Here's my debacle..

I would say both to level 30.
