RAIDS!!!! and waiting

I am a level 38 pokemon go player, when I join a group raid everyone gets 180 seconds. I always have to wait extra seconds and can join the last 65 seconds in the group.
The same as I play alone, i have only 65 seconds?
Does anyone know why? And what happens if the group wins before my waiting time is over?

Do you have an older phone? Have you tried closing and restarting your game before you join the raid?

I know when we have more than 10 people at a raid it seems many people get booted and have to rejoin or they lag out. Lots of bugs to work out right now.

Could be network issues or a slow/old phone?

And not once but all the raids i played in a groups. When I play alone I also get less seconds then others

I am slowed a lot too, I start with 15-20 less seconds than the others (smae when alone).

Make sure the time on your device is set to automatic and not manual. If the clock on your device is wrong or off it can cause these problems.

Thx indeed my time device was not set automatic and was 2 minutes behind
