Raid system is just like gambling. Do you agree?

The raid system is like gambling and can be addictive (and therefore people are willing to place bet (ie, pay to buy raid pisses)). It comes in many dimensions:
1) the IV you will get;
2) whether the gym will trigger an ex raid; and
3) whether you will get the ex raid pass if you raided in the right gym.

The hope (and thrill) you get from getting 100% legendary and betting in the right gym are what keep people doing raids. Of course there is no guarantee that you will get an ex raid pass even if you raid in the right gym. But it is this uncertainty that keep people raiding.
