Raid Minimums and Maximum Ideas
You should implement Minimums and Maximums on the Number of Players in an instances
Putting a Maximum on a Raid allows you to make the rewards closer to together. A Level 2 Gym solo might be as much a challenge as a Level 4 Gym with 20 people. I wouldn't make them even, just closer.
Putting a Minimum on a Raid saves Raid Passes. You can't always tell how many people are going to join in, and a 3 person Level 4 Snorlax Raid just cost everyone a raid pass with zero chance of success.

I havespent 4 raid passes today and not got anywhere close to actually defeating one...
that's 4 passes wasted with no absolutely no rewards
I get there, spend the pass, to find either just me, or one other person in the lobby. The fight is impossible, nobody else shows up....what can I do ?
Its a cool system...very cool, on paper. But from what i have experienced its not working anywhere close to planned unfortunately.
Firstly I definitely want to be able to see and enter the lobby BEFORE i spend my pass....
we need to know if there's even anyone willing to battle, and how many exactly before you commit to a fight and end up as the only player vs a 35000 cp Tyranitar.
This is the biggest issue right now and I am sure that it is intended in order to collect millions from players until we all figure out how it works.
I wonder how many players have lost premium pases due to this, the best we can due rural and small community players is please stop buying premium passes until they fix it and allow us to see the lobby BEFORE using the pass, I think it is a pretty easy change to implement and they are just waiting to the point were people stats getting more and more mad and their income from premium pases stops raising like crazy.
Because for a lot of us the only way to have a chance of actually suceed on level 4 raids is if the gym has spoofers on it? And with the current system if you don't actually use the pass you can't even know? I am pretty sad to say this but I rely completely on cheaters to have a chance on this new raid sytem, have only met a legal player in the last 6 months and the only names around are spoofers so I need them now, pretty sad...
