Raid damage cutoffs for Mons lvl 39.5 - 40

Doesn't seem like there is any meaning to the list given that the bosses that they can get a damage increase in do not get any strategic benefit as far as record smashing goes. Moltres was already done with 2 people, Articuno can't go below 4 (maybe it can be done with 3 if someone had 18 Golem and can rejoin 3 times without wasting time picking team!)

Dragonite and Mewtwo...great generalists but you won't use them to break any records except Machamp. Tyranitar is not optimal vs Charizard, Entei or Typholsion.

All you need where I live (Seattle) are cloudy and partly cloudy raid teams. 6 Tyrantiars with Smack down and Stone edge for partly cloudy. 6 Machamps with counter and dynamic punch for Cloudy.
Both Destroy Blissy. Most people don play in the pouring rain, so skip that one.
