Raid bosses healing themselves?

Anyone else notice raid bosses healing the piss out of themselves? I've done two tonight and you could see their health incrementally shooting back up periodically.

From what I understand, it is lag between server and client. Same problem with the more commonly known "dodge bug".

Actually, sounds like there is something else beyond the past troubles with enemies healing a little bit. I didn't experience this when I did a raid this morning, so must have started sometime after noon.

Oh, that's what happened when I (35) just tried to beat a Jolteon Thunderbolt along with a level 28 player. We did what we could do, but not even close

I was having that issue but I think it was lag. I have a hard time believing me, at level 38, couldn't solo an Electabuzz

I tried a magikarp, just to burn a free pass. Probably 2 wks ago. It took 8 se from my ttar and still timed out. Lag? Dodge bug? Who knows. About 1/2 the time that is the way it works for me. Yesterday I had an eggy boss beat with my scizor with 55 secs left, it wouldn't faint. I will not buy a pass that is for sure!

i can confirm, i lost two solo 3 raids because of this today. and burned through potions until I realized in the second raid that it was hopeless. no matter how many times i restarted, machamp and vape healed almost every charge move i hit. i normally beat machamp with 30 seconds left but because of glitch today i only got down it to a 3rd health. I also noticed that machamp healed itself when all my mons fainted and i rejoined the battle it had more health.
