When thinking about raids I always think about why Niantic isn't introducing a system where your reward would be a lvl 30 version. For higher lvl players it is so annoying to fight most raids and after that you have a heavy investment of dust looming. Wouldn't there be a way to implement a hard mode which could only be done solo by players lvl 35 and above with perfect counter lineups? At the moment soloing those lvl 3 bosses is just a thing we do to have some kind of personel goal without being rewarded for it.
Not a bad thought. Maybe Niantic will make something of it. Or maybe you could, once a day, do a solo raid where you pick the boss, and get a better than normal reward for that boss type, like a level 25 or 30 mon, more stuff, etc. And that way, you could pick almost any mon - want a level 30 Pinsir? Beat the solo Pinsir boss.
