I started with 274 seconds in a Groudon raid just now. What's wrong?

Maybe, as potion shortage is getting really bad now. That's also why I try to join 20-man lobbies now.

Can get hit by the second charge move directly.

It should be 360 seconds for a solo player.

180 seconds, to be fair.

Ask Niantic for the first 3 seconds, and ask your network provider for the last 23 seconds.

Always restart your game before you raid, if the raid timer is enough to allow that. Otherwise, it's all down to luck and/or signal strength.
