Radars?

With the news of having different IVs for trainers below level 30 and shadow bans for bot accounts, I think scanners aren't really a thing anymore.

Yeah, it is very hard to make new accounts and get banned over again and again, they might be discouraged and decided that it doesn't worth it.

Radars are still working its just that you have to have someone in charge of it that cares enough to fix it whenever it breaks by an update. Meaning that you have to live in a major city to have a working scanner.
