I just caught my first Water-Hidden Power Suicune. But it's 10 Attack.

A) Water Hidden Power, 10/11/14 76%
B) Grass Hidden Power, 15/15/13 96%
C) Extrasensory, 14/15/15 98%

Tell me which one of the three to power up since I'm not intelligent enough to make a decision on my own.

Answers

1. Don't power up Suicune.
2. But if you must, then FTM (C).
3. If after FTMing you get anything other than a water hidden power, see rule #1.
4. If you get a water hidden power, see rule #1 or proceed cautiously.

The assumption is that I already have.

It's Electric Hidden Power. I'm asking if having that IV as Extrasensory would be better than the other two

Wait to see if Suicune receives Waterfall as a fast move. Then it doesn't matter what type hidden power it has.
