Question about espeon and eeveelutions
If i want to evolve my eevee into espeon i must go with him 10km, or if it evolves without going to a buddy, it just random me out of everyone (Espeon and Umbreon too) or just three (Flareon, Vaporeon, Jolteon)

Then if you want an Espeon, you need to walk it at least 10K, and earn at least 2 candies doing so. Easiest to walk it 10K at a single stretch, but you can do 5K or more and get a candy, and then walk it again until you get another candy.
Once you do that, make sure that it is your buddy when you evolve it, that GPS knows where you are, and that you evolve it during the day (in game). It's day if the sky is light, and not black. GPS needs to know where you are so it knows what time it is there.
Do all that, and you'll have an Espeon.
The random choice in case no special conditions are met is only between the original three - Flareon, Vaporeon, Jolteon. The other two, Espeon and Umbreon, evolve ONLY if their conditions are met.
Necessary conditions are: walked at least 10 km as buddy AND eared at least 2 candy as buddy AND is selected as buddy during evolution (not entirely sure about this one) AND it is in the game day (Espeon) or night (Umbreon) AND the game has a GPS location so that it can determine the local time of the day.
