Just got probably a dumb question but I’ll ask away , can you catch a lucky Pokémon in the wild or only from trading , cause I got tangela in the wild it said it was lucky but froze of me and then the game shut down but when I went into my Pokémon it was there but didn’t say lucky anymore

Probably just a visual glitch. Lucky Pokémon can only be obtained through trading.

This happened a lot during Eevee community day. It's most likely a server issue. Lucky Pokemon can not be caught in the wild.
