Problem with buying Pokecoins

My friend was trying to buy Pokecoins and he got stuck with that(1st screen):
I opened the Shop on my phone and for a second I got the same thing but then all the items appeared
My friend waited for some time and opened the shop again and the items appeared as well but with no pokecoins (2nd screen)
What's going on and how to fix it?

This may be related to freezes the last version of the app gotten. For example trying to show my avatar always hangs the game while playing. Have to do it after a restart, and it sometimes works :-)
Does reloading the app help?

It didn't help, we tried several times and it hasn't appeared. Maybe it's because the game still isn't out in our country.

UPD: after some more update we've finally managed to buy the coins! Thank you for help

Delete your hacked PoGO, install legit PoGO, buy coins, delete legit PoGO, install hacked PoGO, done!

I had this happen once. I restarted the app and it resolved itself.
