For one, no I don't. For two, that's an apples and oranges comparison. The biggest rewards to friendship in PoGo involve raids and trading, both of which require proximity to the other player bar spoofing. It doesn't make sense to friend randos over people you actively raid with.

Some of the threads here sound like they came from a pre-tinder dating site, but at least in pogo friends people will have to be honest about what they have caught in the past, what they currently have, and what they would give you if you interacted with them.
