Primeape question

If you encounter a Blissey with ZH+DG you got trouble even you can dodge well. But it happens that those nurse have P+Any... (no DG) Maybe you have a chance...

Low def and low stamina make him very fragile...but he hits like a truck.
I am not a fan, even though I usually like glass cannons, but he just doesn't have the bulk for the matchups that I would use him in.

I tried to like him, but he never makes it into a team. I even evolved a lvl30 and got C/CC, but it just sits in my pack now.

You may like him...because of the way he hits, so try him out before you decide to invest too much.

I'd say yes. Any Blissey lower than level 30 (around 2700 CP) should be manageable by that primeape.
In the worst case scenario, your primeape would lower blissey's health bar far enough to be finished off by other of your pokemon before time is up.

Edit: I was as unlucky as you evolving machamps. Always double steel moves. So I'm using a level 27 primeape above 1600 cp with KC/CChop against higher level blisseys and snorlaxes. If they have ZH/DG it is painful but worth to lower very quickly their health at its half before my primeape faints

Even the best primeape is on my blacklist for stardust. IMO, sorry.
