Primeape moveset

For starters, its a double legacy Primeape so there's that.
For raids not so much since there are pokemon that do the same but much better.
But if you are interested in PVP, it can be quite good depending on the situation. Its CP is right below 1500 and i dont recommend you powering up further the great league as it will have more chances to shine in that league. Cross Chop is decent, and a better move than Close Combat, so definitely keep it. Karate Chop is outright worse than Counter, its other quick move, so if you dont mind losing a legacy move you could tm if you really are going to use it. What's interesting about Primeape is that it can have Night Slash as a second charge move, and dark is a good coverage move for fighting types (its super effective to psychic and ghost which resist fighting), and not many fighting pokemon currently have access to a dark move.

In conclusion it can be useful for pvp great league at some point and it holds legacy value specially for Cross Chop and if you want to invest on it give it Night Slash as a second move, and preferably Counter if you dont mind losing legacy Karate Chop.

Leave it as is, or maybe power up to as close under 1500 as you can.

IV's don't matter that much in GL and UL. Give up some Attack IV, and you can buy another half level, getting some back as well as some Defense and Stamina. Best use of IVs is to get the pokemon closer to the ideal stat balance (which we don't yet know exactly what that is).

Especially with this lunar new year event, you'll be able to catch plenty of fresh Mankey to evolve to Primeape and get Counter and whatever.

Don't touch it! It is a beauty. PvP for sure and for 50k dust as Tetiko mentioned for night slash (O.o) I have the same set but ironically I haven't used it yet
