Just bought the cheapest box to find out. They are 3 uses, same as the regular shop-bought ones.
For 480 coins. the special box isn't bad I guess, getting 3 of the Super Incubators plus 5 Lure Modules. Normal cost of 3 regular incubators is only 30 coins less. Not a no-brainer purchase, but not bad.
Actually, with the increased dust and the possibility of pretty good 2k eggs, they're not a bad buy. I was starting to hoard 10k's in preparation for Halloween, so I had three on deck. Buying the Special box reduces the distance on all three, gives me double dust quicker, and will clear three egg spots making getting those 2k's more likely. Any 10 k's I get during the event will go into my remaining 6 charges, any left over I'll save for the next event. 5k's are the enemy, but when are they not? IMO, a special box is worth the extra 30 coin. Easy.
Think about that once again, it will not help you to incubate more eggs, say with super incubators you'll hatch your three eggs on Sunday or on Monday with normal ones. Most likely you'll get 5ks in empty slots anyway, and you hatch 5ks with infinite incubator.
Only if you'll get incredibly lucky and spin only 2ks, you could get couple more. But it's sooooo unlikely
