powering up question about dratini and wigglytuff>

Hi guys , recently I've caught 100% IV (1555cp-197hp 4000dust atm) wigglytuff with moveset (pound & play rough) it has a good moveset , should i power it up to a maximum ? (in my lvl she would be 31.5 lvl 1912 cp)

btw my level is 30 currently.
my second question is this : I've been looking for a good dratini to evolve , I have 86.7% IV 548CP dratini (15atk 9def 15stamina) should i evolve it to full or wait for a better one ? (I have 159candies) In my location I find Dratinis from time to time or may be I could wait for a good one by hatching eggs..What's your opion? see ya

Power up Wigglytuff if you want. It's not the optimal offensive moveset and her CP will most likely have you placed on the low end tier of gyms even if you were to power her up to level 30+. It's not a bad catch, it's really your preference since you won't really be using her to dominate offensively or defensively.

In regards to your Dratini, what's its CP at? Do you have enough candies to evolve all the way to its final form? IVs are good if you can afford the candies (and dust--depending how high you wanna push him).

defensively or offensively It's a low pokemon cp wise I know may be I should power it up a little bit for gym attacking purposes , It won't make a good defender because of her cp yeah,

in terms of dratini , It's at 548 CP (86.7 IV% perfection) I have 159 dratini candies so I don't want to spend all of my resources on a single hope dratini, however is it worth evolving? I'm doubtful..

I have a maxed out Wiggly, but she has Hyperbeam. I have another Wiggly with Playrough at approx. 1200 CP, which I haven't boosted once. She's all right in terms of building up friendly gyms, but I wouldn't maker her a priority with THAT moveset. Definitely worth keeping though. Who knows, maybe down the line we'd be able to teach them new moves.

I think your Dratini is good as is. I've evolved a much lower leveled one (around 400 CP at the time) who is now sitting with 3k. You can always farm dust and walk for candy. I'm still walking mine until I can max him out. I suppose it really just depends on how badly you want a Dragonite (because I sure wanted mine).

on the bright side she has a Dragonite killer moveset getting advantage of fairy stab whereas hyper beam is just a hefty stab move which does not hit super effective against anyone . either way I will keep it I won't power it up to full CP it's not necessary I guess.

Wiggly is worth powering up, it needs a lot of potions due to low defense / high stamina but it's a good allrounder.

If the Dratini has a high level I would evolve it, the chances to find a better one are rather low

I think its an awesome pokemon but its more a novelty item then something you will use alot. With that moveset Id take it to 2K cp but it would be a low priority item. I fought a 2000cp one the otherday with play rough and it hit surprisingly hard. Might not be too bad against dragonites neither. But i wouldnt power that up until you have an adequate atk and def squad.

Whats the CP on the Dratini?

I recently evolved a 444 cp 96% Dratini and luckily got DB/DC. Used up almost 100 candies powering it up and currently have about 60 candies left. I have a 12.11.13. 80% 803 cp and a 15.10.10 78% 723 cp dratini riding my bench. Sometimes I think it would have been better to have a pair of 3k dragonites and a 96% IV dratini rather then to have my 3K dragonite, 2 dratini's and 60 candies. I went back and forth on this for a while and still do...

Which level are you? A CP 548 Dratini would evolve to a Dragonite in the 2.000 range (If I'm not mistaken), I'd wait for a stronger one because it costs too much to power it up

87% is a very strong IV and the CP is decent so I would say its not a bad idea. I think most players would gladly evolve that especially given that high IV dratinis are more rare now. A 91% Iv dragonite isnt gonna be much bigger prolly around 30-40 cp.
The question is do you think you will find a better one? I recommend you wait until you get to 200 candies cuz thats what its gonna cost to evolve and power that up. If you get something better evolve that.

I have to give credit for your idea , I've calculated it and It'd be around 2915+ cp -ish if I power it up to a maximum. You would not believe it but I'd seen a full gym of dragonites in my town (I'm in Istanbul) so CP matters a lot that's why I guess I have to wait until I get a better one with +90IVs.I could collect up to 200 candies that won't be hard given that I'm walking with the little dragon :)

also dude I assume you too have some dilemmas while powering up or evolving pokemons, that's getting tough sometimes... weird.

I would love to have that wigglytuff. I'd definitely power it up

If you dodge every attack, play rough is better than hyper beam.

I have a pound/beam wiggytuff and get too much damage taken when powering up hyper beam

Power that wiggly up! That thing is awesome. Not the quickest killer, but definitely a good attack counter to dragonite.
