Powering up Kyogre

I can only power up one Kyogre, but I have 2 really good alternatives. Which one should I pick?

1. 13/15/15 (95.6%)
2. 15/15/12 (93.3%)

Should I choose the first one which compensates for Kyogre's weakest stats or should I simply go maximize offensive power with 15 in attack?

my vote is for the 93. But revives and potions aren't a problem for me, so I am never afraid of fainting.

I'd go for the first one :) Kyogre's base attack stat is more than high enough!
