Powering up Arcanine and Lapras

Very unlucky... Both charge move has no STAB... Not a good Mon to power up!

Yeah that's unfortunate...save candy wait for a better one. Neither one of those is dominant enough without moveset.

I wouldn't bother with the Arcanine - bulldoze is very weak.

Dragon Pulse whilst not carrying Stab isn't a bad charge move - still does decent damage. If your Lapras has Frost Breath as a main move then I'd still charge it up. To be honest unless Lapras are pretty common in your area it's probably worth charging anyway - a mediocre Lapras is still better than many Pokes with perfect moves.

Arcanine is not worth powering.

What's the quick move of your Lapras?
If it's frost breath it is not worth powering. However IS/DB is a very good defensive moveset, lack of stab is not a problem

Dragon Pulse doesn't suck man. It may be non optimal but usable Bulldoze is unusable and growliths are very common just wait..

yeah, sorry to they, they are both useless.

The only thing going for any of them is the arcanines IV isnt bad, but whats the point if its attacks are terrible.

And the only thing going for the Lapras is...its a Lapras, thats all.

Save your dust and candy and hope for future ones.
