Power upto L30 groudon ms/sb?
Out of free up some item storage and immediate counter to non solar beam groudon, do you think it worths the rare candies and dust to power up a L25 groudon with ms/sb of 14a14d11s to L30?
PS.: Parking rare candies to groudon is not necessary for me as I expect I can catch enough groudons to have the necessary candies to level the best one upto at least L30.

If you have nothing else to power up, sure. That's not a bad Groudon, and if you think you can catch enough of them to power up 2, then go for it.
I'd personally wait as long as possible, though - if you think you can catch that many, you will likely catch at least 2 that are better. Maybe 3. No harm in tossing Rare Candies to Groudon and NOT powering up - Stardust doesn't take up inventory space after all.
