Power up RL/LB or Acid/SB Victreebel?

I have two Victreebels I want to use for attacking and their IV's are identical. Which one is a better moveset against water types?
I know Razor Leaf does more DPS theoretically but does anyone know if you can fit two Acids between a defender using Water Gun? If so that changes the game because I like to dodge all attacks.

If its water types you have in mind, definitely go for razor leaf: Acid is not a grass move, so you lose the super effective hit against water (although it still retains STAB), which increases the difference between the true DPS values further. I have a RL/SB and an Acid/SB at similar level and its no contest. The RL version is my absolute favourite weapon against high CP water types. Its very efficient and safe to dodge with because you can just hit once with razor leaf and then always have good time to dodge yet still do visible damage with each move and you never come close to running out of time with even the highest CP Vaporeons. SB charges very slowly, and has a huge wind up time so you inevitably take a couple of hits as it executes, but it's well worth it once you do unleash, especially with Hydro pump Vaporeons which give a safe window when it will only be water gun attacks - aqua tail versions are trickier. Hence I've actually been looking for a good RL/LB version as a substitute for when the Vap has water pulse or aqua tail, as it gives you a slightly higher chance of dodging an unexpected charge move.
