Power up questions (Tyranitar/Exeggutor/Snorlax)

I wouldn't honestly. Not only are the IV's kind of low (barely makes the wonder cut) but the moveset is trash also.

You should only walk to feed final form pokemon since you already know the moveset and can't be dissapointed. If you want to evolve a pokemon, you'll eventually get the required candies with hatches.

As such, do not walk another larvitar.

My Bite/FB Tyranitar took out a defending Snorlax (Lick/HB) today with ease, so I would say yours is probably a decent attacker, against the right monster. I'd use these guys for attacking, no need to power them up unless you can spare the dust and candy.

IT is slow and generate energy low, FB doesnt even have stab too so wont deal that high damage, but tyranitar has high attack stat so yeah can hit and win, but not as fast (for a few secs vs optimal moveset)

However IT is good in defense, FB is terrible in defense, so i think it could be a cp holder and use it as attacker if isnt in a gym, so waiting for another larvitar or not is your choice...but you said you walked 460 kms with him...

Eggy has good iv and a truck quickmove, psychic is good but not the best for attack or defense, however eggy doesnt really get high cp, so wont be a cp placement and since doesnt have SoB i wouldnt power him up

The snorlax with 88 iv could be cp place too, his bulky is what makes him good defender, but that charge move is terrible in defense so is the same as the tyranitar, can be gym placement but not the optimal like FB in the tyranitar

The last snowlax. dont power him up, just dont

summary power them up if you want to put them in gyms just for cp placement that is if you need to, because have the best quickmove for defense IT and ZH, but the worst charge moveset FB and Earthquake but in the end...even the perfect move will get kicked out of the gym
