Power Up Question - Moltres
I did not have good luck with catching a really good Moltres, but I want to power up at least one of each legendary to L30. These were my two best:
CP1841, FS/HW, 87%, 10/15/14 H/A/D
CP1839, FS/OH, 87%, 13/14/12 H/A/D
1841 has perfect attack IV, but sub-optimal moveset.
1839 has optimal moveset, but 14 attack, but is more balanced across the H/A/D IV's.
Which one to power up?

I have 22 Fast TM's and 16 Charged TM's. I realize I can change the sub-optimal moveset, but these are both 87% mons, and if the consensus is that the one with 14 attack is the one to power up, I'd rather save them for getting rid of third rate attacks in, for example, a 98% Groudon with crappy moveset vs. 89% Groudon with great moveset.
