Power up question

Poor little fella that you scammed to get it. I would, in all honesty, it doesn't matter. Only if you got spare resources.

If you hunt around, you could probably get a lucky one. I've got two (but I've been hunting for them for a while - found a friend who had 7 SC Gengars, traded me the worst two, both got lucky).

On the other hand, based on your reasonable estimate of what you could trade for, if this is probably the best you can get, then power it up.
