Power Up Priority?
I have a question regarding the use of stardust. I finally managed to fix up some candidates for powering up using TMs, before this point none was good enough to invest in... which means I currently have no Machamp, Golem, or Scizor above level 20. Which of the 3 would you power up first? I don't have enough dust to do all of them sadly. I have to prioritize, and so feedback will be much appreciated.
Machamp 100% C/DP (After 2 TMs)
Golem 96% RT/SE (After 1 TM)
Scizor 96% FC/XS (Just evolved this guy today)
My top priority now is to improve my tier 3 raid solo capabilities. I can competently solo Vaporeon, Machamp, and Arcanine at this point. Scizor will be helpful with Alakazam, while Golem will help with Flareon, but I don't know if Flareon is even possible... has anyone here succeeded in this? Will any of these help me with Gengar in your experience?
I have also noticed that Machamp doesn't come in handy in tier 3 raids, or correct me if I'm wrong? The way I see it: he is very very useful in tier 4 raids, but statistically I think victory will far more likely be determined by the number of participants as opposed to specific team compositions. I would love to hear feedback on when this mon has come in handy for you guys.

Scizor will be great against Alakazam, and eventually the Psychic legendaries.
Golem will be KILLER against the legendary birds. For current tier 3 bosses, he's great against Flareon, Jolteon, and Arcanine.
Machamp will be awesome in tier 4 raids and any neighborhood gyms with Lapras, Snorlax, or Blissey.
I think in your position, I would go with Scizor. Arcanine's counters are relatively easy to come by (Vaporeon, Rhydon, Gyrados), but Alakazam's are probably more difficult to attain (Scizor, Tyranitar, Gengar, Houndoom).
If you anticipate more trouble with Alakazam, go with Scizor. If you expect more trouble from Arcanine, pick Golem. Then get enough stardust to power up the other one.
