If you get a range of percentages it just means that your pokemon could be any one of those percentages. If you power it up or evolve it and recalculate it will help narrow down the true % (it will stay in the rage you have already) of that particular pokemon. Powering up or evolving will not change the % of the pokemon... that is constant.

Power up the pokemon and the % of perfections
In using the IV calculator, it's common to comes up with two levels, the lower level with higher % of combinations of perfections whilst the higher level with lower % of perfections, if I power up the pokemon, will the % of perfections continue to drop? Next Question, if I got a pokemon with 100% perfection at certain level, will it the % drop if I power it up and raise the level of pokemon? Thanks
