Power up or roll another?

If you want an attacker steel wing kinda sucks.. if it has good Ivs I would just power it up anyway to use as a defender.. I have lots of dragonites but it's hard getting the dt/o moveset :/

SW/Outrage is still not bad for defense, but not very good on offense.

I have lots of Dragonites too, and for me it is clear once I evolve, that no matter what movesets it gets, I will at least power him up to lvl 31,5 at around 3100 WP to assure good gym position. You already invested 125 candy, so those 80 candy to power up are nothing in comparison.

I got lucky and rolled DT/O two times and apart from my Snorlax and Blissey those two are the only mons I fully max out (thinking about C/SoB Exeggutor). Got three SW Dragons, so those spend time in gyms too and there SW/O is not a bad moveset. So I say power him up!

I would gladly take this moveset, thou i would prefer hurricane.

I have steel wing + dragon claw dragonites and i love them, very easy to dodge.

I use mines for : Vaporeons, Snorlaxes, Blisseys and Exeggutors.
