But it's better to power up after evolve because if you get a bad moveset, after power up and evolve, you lose dust and candy, but if you evolve, you see the moveset and then decide if it's bad or not, and you possibly only lose candy. This is why it's always better to evolve, then see if your pokemon is worth your dust or not.

I have a question which I hope someone to clarify it.. based on my understanding, there is no different whether you power up then evolve or you evolve then power up. It is because at the end the CP will be the same between this two situations.
