power up or evolve??

I have 4 dragonites :
1. DB+HB, IV100, CP3223 (Lv33)
2. DB+DP, IV96, CP3051 (Lv30)
3. DB+DP, IV93, CP2534 (Lv25)
4. DB+DP, IV91, CP3115 (Lv31.5)
I will have 125 candies soon, should I evolve another dragonite (93IV, CP165) for DB+DC, or just power up the above dragonites?
*the Pokemon shown below have perfect movesets except the 4 dragonites.
*I am now level 31

Seriously though, it depends on the gyms in your area. If your 3k+ Dragonites are not big enough to place near the top of gyms, then power them up. Otherwise, just stockpile Dratini candy and wait for a high IV Dratini.
