Did a wonder trade today. So I am wondering if I should power up this mean machine or not?

Been wanting this mon with 100% IVs since launch, missed a 1870 on Moltresday due to server shit, got kicked out of the encounter. I shat my pants when I saw this guys CP today. Victory! Best day in pogo so far. Gonna keep it as buddy until I die :)

I wouldn't. No legendaries weak to fire or flying aside from shaymin whos likely a special research. Stardust'd be better spent on something useful
