Power up Mewtwo

I want your opinion about power up my mewtwo. I am a casual player that had a lot of lucky to get the EX pass when i went to a small town and made just one raid (Ivysaur).

Five days latter I got the EX raid, my Mewtwo stats are: 77.8% IV, 12 A / 13 D / 10 HP

I powered up it until lvl 30 and I don't have any regret of it but I'm thinking in powered up more since I don think that I could be so lucky that before to get another EX raid pass.

What would you do in my place?

Other considerations:
*Only I have 100 rare candies (dust is no problem at this moment).
*I want to power up also my raikou and lugia to lvl 30.

A 77.8% Mewtwo is probably your best pokemon, and the chances of you getting a better one is very small. Power it up and don't look back, balancing that with powering up your Raikou (important), your Lugia (somewhat important), and the Ho-Oh that you'll catch in the next two weeks.

I got a feeling after Ho-Oh is gone on the 12th they will release Mewtwo worldwide in regular raids like they did this Ho-Oh for Christmas/New Years.

I got the same feeling. Something else is going to happen after 12/12.

I agree that something is going to happen. But I think it will be Celebi/Mew, or maybe some Gen3 Legendaries if Gen3 comes out on 12/13. Mewtwo seems to be their ultimate prize, and dangling it above most of our heads with no way to get it seems to be their way. Or maybe I'm just too cynical.

Of course, if they let Mewtwo out, then they will have to have a next great thing that's even better (Rayquaza, maybe?)

Mine has similar stats, and I maxed it. So my advice is to go for it.

I'd leave as it is for now. Save your candy and see what changes in the next few weeks. You might get another EX pass. Either way, some stuff will be changing very soon, just have some patience.
