power up Lapras

Great poke but since the nerf I think there are better pokes to invest stardust in. Recommend holding off on powering up unless you really love Lapras. I'd probably power one that's higher in IV and closer to level 30 with optimal moveset so that I wouldn't have to invest so much resources.

Feels like it will become a top tier defender again, one of the best typings for defence combined with really tanky stats. Since CP does not matter that much anymore I got a hard time seeing what pokemons that will be ranked higher than Lapras except the obvious Snorlax/Blissey.

I am probably going to invest in my level 20 IS/IB legacy movest (best defensive moveset), only 78% IV tho.

Possibly when a Dragonite raid boss makes an appearance...

Much tankier than Jynx and there are not too many ice attackers in general.
