power up first or evolve first

so just wondering whats better to do power up a mon then evolve them or evolve then power up?

Answers

Evolve first so you know the moveset.

If you power up first you still need to evolve it eventually and if you get a bad moveset then you've wasted more candies (and also stardust) than if you had only evolved.

Check IV > Power up if need exactly IV > evolved > check move set > happy move set > power up !!
