Power up / Evolve

So, now there the gyms are open again, can we assume that there will be no more changes to moves cp etc.so that we can finally evolve and Level up our Pokémon?

Evolve them. Power up what you want. In 5 days someone might figure out which mons improved the most and which, if any got worse. Always good to keep a reserve of dust. I don't take that advice though. I'm sitting pretty at 3500 working up a Miltank.
