Power up Clefable?

I would. Moonblast is a good charge move and Zen Headbutt isn't bad, it's just Pound is slightly better. The rankings for move sets on here are a little subjective anyway. It depends what you are up against. Plus, you never know, one day we may get to change moves by training.

What do you want to use if for? Do you already have a Dragon slayer? I wouldn't power it up but I have a lot of alternatives, including a few lvl 30's w/ pound+moonblast.
