You only have 5 candies so even though this is the best defender, with the best moveset, with a great IV....you should probably just transfer it to get enough candy to power up a better one.

If you have another chansey, make it your buddy until your feet hurt and then some and power this lady up!

You don't have enough candy. Just transfer it to the professor and there is no such problem.
