Power up?
Just caught a dragonite lvl16 89iv DT/HB. Its 82 candys 92600 dust to put it lvl30. It will has 3028cp. Should I do it? My only concern its the attacks. Is it good for defense?

a 3000 dragonite is still a 3000 dragonite - meaning you should have a decent position in gyms the majority of the time - if not on top. Trainers "won't" know your moveset when they go into the gym until they battle you. No matter what moveset you have 99.9% of the time, if they are going to take down a gym, no moveset is going to stop them.
I do agree that HB is easy to dodge - I even throw in an attack or two when I see it...lol.
DT/HB would be way better on offense though - but that is independent of the fact his moveset is easily dodgeable and does lower DPS than his STAB moves.
