Rhydon: Yes as an attacker
Exeggutor: Maybe if you need defenders (good defending moveset although Exeggutor is no Snorlax / Lapras)
Golem: No, decent as-is to prestige

Some really good mons there, mate. I suspect you've already spent some dust on them, or did you catch them like that? Good movesets and great IVs on all 3, so none of them would be a mistake to power up.

Exeggutor might be a bit weaker as a defender after the buffing of Pinsir/Scyther/Flareon, but people will most probably just attack it with an Arcanine like before, so nothing really changed for the worse. A high level Exeggutor still brings a competitive mix of diversity and complexion to a good gym.

The two other fill attacker roles, so you'll have to consider if you're in need of better attackers of rock/ground type. It's a small niche which works well vs Fire/Flying/Normal pokemon, so consider that before you power them up just to see them gather dust.

For defense, the Rhydon would be the best if the CP is already too high in your area (I see 2700+ CP in level 10 gyms) in mine so you almost really "CAN'T" power up most things anymore to defend (even Lapras is too low) and mine always sits at the bottom now.

Most people in my area are 30+ and power up mons well over 30+ (usually Vaps or Gyarados).

I'm almost tempted to power up my 84% Rhydon :(

For defense, the Rhydon would be the best

Not really imo. Rhydon is good to stand on the higher gym levels and look furious. When it comes to actual defending, it will faint extremly fast to any vaporeon due to its double weakness to water.
This is quite the same issue as gyarados and jolteon.

I would love to find a gym full of 3000+Rhydon and 3000+Gyarados, just because it is so easy to take down.

That golem is actually the best here, because the best moveset for golem on paper is MS/SE or MS/Eq but Rhydon can have the same move set with better stats. Golem is the the best rock type attacker with the RT/SE move set.

Later in game, when you need a rock type attacker, you would use this golem, if you need a ground type attacker you would use a MS/Eq Rhydon. So even tho your Rhydon has the best moveset on paper, its not as useful once you get a MS/Eq Rhydon. Simply because it dosen't have the same type of attack moves.
In this sense, your executor is also very good having the best psyc moves, but he is not the best attacker of psyc type, nor is he a top tire defender, thus he is not as good as your golem.

I definitely powerup that Exeggutor, good IV and one of the best defensive skill in the game. I have tried many times to battle with C/P Exeggs and they really kick some ass before fainting...
