Okay, so i am not a fan of these questions but i literally have no strong feelings towards powering up any of these pokemon in any order. I will eventually power up All if not most of these pokemon. So here goes
Pokemon Level Moveset IV(Attack/Def/Stam)
Snorlax 20 L/HB 12/15/15
Gengar 20 H/ShB 15/15/14
Lugia 22 E/FS 15/15/14
Tyranitar 20 B/SE 14/12/15
Houndoom 26 S/FP 15/10/14
Moltres 20 FS/O 14/14/14

Most to all of these will be powered up at some point, and who knows maybe i can power up 2-4 before Mewtwo is even here. But which do you all think would be priority, Hesitant on Houndoom.... have a 3000CP Ttar and another 2600 Ttar. have a Blissey but that is back of the line.

My view, start with the 2600 Tyranitar, then continue with the level 20 Tyanitar. You don't have bring them both to level 30, but frankly it attacks and it resists

Yeah, I will most likely do the 2600 first since i already started with that. Thanks

yeah you may want to check the breakpoints for TTar, depending on the att/def ivs it'll be somewhere between Lev 26-28 so that could lower your cost into serviceability.

Also, if you are only powering up to Lv 30, the houndoom is already halfway there. So for approximately the amount of dust it would take you to get a single level 20 to level 30 (75,000), you could get both Ttars (47,000) above the breakpoints (lv26.5) AND power the doom to 30.5 (41,000).

Edited to include dust/breakpoint levels

Might have just enough Stardust to hit that point, my real intrigue about this question is....everyone is so high on Gengar, Hex/ Shadow Ball 98% i honestly thought people would tell me to go for that. I do not mess with Gengar very often. People usually talk so highly of Him.

It doesn't have Shadowclaw. If it did, it would be worth the power up for sure.

Sorry can't help you there, I don't have any Double Ghost Gengars. I just know that B/C Ttar mows down Gengar and does solid damage vs Zam. From what I remember analyzing Gengar, having Shadow Claw is crucial.

Another thing to keep in mind is that Crunch and Stone Edge do roughly the same damage PER USE into Mewtwo. So it's worth having the dark moves.

I am extremely lucky with Ttar raids i have caught 6/8. Charged TMd every Fire Blast. so i have 4 Stone Edge and 3 Crunch. Just so happens all the better IV ones get Stone Edge. I really really really hope the first Mewtwo i fight does not have Focus Blast lol.

This is the one time Boss fast move matters (obviously). If Psychocut/Focus Blast...I personally will never skip a Dragonite or a higher level Shadowball Gengar. If it is Confusion/FB I am just going to faint quick and try to return. Every other situation full team of Tyranitars.

Thankful for these Ttars and 2 high level Dragonites because i think i have a solid 12 for Mewtwo to lay down a good DPS for two solid teams.
