In general moveset matters more and he has some very solid stamina and attack, so yes go for it!

Maybe it is good due to the moveset defending, but its 26/45 IV seems useless.

726 vs perfect 745, whats the difference?
something like 2,6%? sounds very small
and what is chances you get perfect snorlax?
and what is chances your perfect snorlax has prefered move set?

These are above average IVs and the max CP will be higher than 99% of all other pokemons (other than Dragonite).

At the end of the day, species and movesets are hugely more important than IV's. This is a valuable mon. I say go for it, too.

Go for it. Snorlax with a decent moveset and good cp don't crop every day. The IVs won't make a huge difference.

My advice would be to wait until you have enough candy to get it to Level 30. If you find a better one by then with the same moveset, then great.

If not, you still have a great defender in your hands and like many have mentioned, IVs matter only so much (and the one you have is above average, so not bad at all!). Look at its max CP potential, I'm sure it's still better than 99% of the other pokemons out there other than Dragonite. This means that this will be a defensive beast and will terrorize gyms.
