Power up 100% Machamp with less than optimal moveset or wait for a different one?

I had a 100% Machop that I hatched from egg which was level 20. I evolved to Machamp at 1482 CP. However, I got what I believe to be a crappy move set Bullet Punch (Steel) and Stone Edge (Rock). any opinions on whether I should bother powering it up or wait to get a different one with better moveset (but likely much worse IVs than 100%)? He's one of my favorite looking characters!

Hah just yesterday I got my first Machamp.

I 93% with Bullet Punch/Submission

I'm not powering it up. Total disappointment for something that took 6 months to save candy for.

hehehe...just keep with him to ur collection.

Even with his most optimal moveset he's complete trash. Mine is at 1680 and can't even take out a Snorlax at a few hundred CP above it. It's incredibly disappointing.

I agree with you, I got the best moveset Machamp and it is totally useless. That'´s because his both possible quick moves are among the worst of all moves.
