Possible to change Hidden Power type?

If I have a Pokémon with Hidden Power, and I use two Fast TMs on it (first to switch to the other fast move and the second back to Hidden Power), is it possible to get a different typing or will it always be whatever the original typing was?

No it will stay the same Hidden Power as before.

Hidden Power type will not change with TMs.

Hidden Power type on Togepi or Porygon can change when it evolves. Not very helpful for Suicune though.
