Porygon2 – a Vaporeon killer

It is such hard to prestige Porygon2 with water Pokémon! Charge Beam, it charges Zap Cannon extremely fast! Though not the best defensive moveset, it sure caused me troubles. If with Solar Beam, I bet it can even kill a full HP Vaporeon, or trap it in the dodge bug loop.
