Poll: what moveset will my 100% soon-to-be Dragonite get?

OK, not really a serious question, more of a fun/brag post. I'm about to evolve a 100% IV level 26 Dragonair. What do you think I'll get? The vaunted DT/O? Or maybe DT/H, which I'd be equally happy with? Or perhaps the dreaded SW/HB, as with the last Dragonite I evolved?

I caught the 100% Dratini at my house (legitimately; I live on a lakeshore and have a water pokemon spawn point that I can reach from inside my house), and I evolved it into Dragonair a while back, figuring I could have some fun prestiging with it while I waited for the remaining candies I needed. My previous three Dragonites have come with SW/DC, DB/DP, and SW/HB. Wish me luck. Oh, and my daughter will be evolving her 100% Dratini (caught at the same time, before they randomized IV's) too.

Clearly, it will be a SW/HB due to perfect IVs...

I see you are already in the SW/HB club.

What would suck about that is that I'd feel obligated to max it out anyway, thus squandering a lot of candies that could be used to get one with possibly a better moveset.

I just hope you get what you want. There is no point in wishing ill fate to others.

I actually would have been okay with either of those, because at least they are solid defenders. SW/HB (which I got) is just a sitting duck with not much going for it except its high CP. My DB/B Kingdra eats SW/HB Dragonites for a snack.

True. I've never been in favor of move rerolls, but this might change my mind.

That sucks. Ive had 3 good RNG rolls on Dargonite so far!

Really, 3 perfect dragonites, including male/female pair with ideal movesets? How'd you get so many?

I'm a NYC trainer and they spawn like rats along the west and east river. When someone sits and farm them all day long having 3 out of 300 with perfect IVs is not impossible, hard but not impossible.

Getting the moveset however requires pushing a horseshoe up your butt.

Just remember, They might add a move reroll feature in the future amd you definently got the worst set. Also dont invest anything in him. Because with all the big stuff going on for the next two months. Who knows what will happen with CP.

Good point. I'll save my candies until we have better info on the gym rework. And who knows, maybe they'll buff this moveset.

Called it first...Yeah, they should let us find ways to work for rerolling moves...even if it takes another 125 candies...

At least mine is stuck in a gym...If CP isn't a thing anymore after the rework, Dnites would probably get to sit on the bench...

My last Dragonite evolution before this one had 93% IV's, and also got SW/HB. Did I really get that unlucky to hit a 1-in-36 chance of getting the undisputed worst moveset twice in a row? Or is it less random than we think?

Kind of sad that my best dragon is actually a DT/O Gyarados (which I realize isn't really a dragon).

At least the DT/O Gy will perform great vs Dragonites.

I'm not evolving any more Dratini for the foreseeable future. I'm not wasting another 125 candies on another useless move set. I'll power up what I have from Gen 1 and be done with it.

The 100 IV got always the worst moves! I have 4 nites and 2 have Dragon Tail / Outrage. their IV:s are 78-90

My 98% dragonite ended up with the dreaded SW/HB.

Let's hope for a buff.

You should wait until after the gym rework, then you know what moveset to pray for. Praying may help at least 1% so better to wait.

oh and I am party of the SW/HB club so i will be praying for that guy too to change status.

I know you're disappointed, but don't be - any Dragonite is a great mon to have!
