Poliwrath - worth a Fast TM?

I've recently heard that dual Fighting Poliwrath is a strong choice.

I have a Lvl 31, 98% (15/14/15) with B/DP

Would you recommend using a Fast TM to get dual Fighting, or stay put?

I have the following Poliwrath:
- Lvl 30, 93% with B/HP
- Lvl 27, 87% with B/DP

I also have 3 Machamp: Lvl 32, 89% with C/DP and two Lvl 30 (both 78%, one with C/DP, other has C/CC)
