I have the above, 100%iv, lvl 20 from egg.
The only valuable 100 from me ( distant second and 3rd a wiggly and a kazam with con/dg, the rest niche prestige soldiers) and I would like to take it to 30.
And more important I would like to use it in an efficient way.
But what will be his usage? Blissey comes to mind. Snorlax maybe?
Note that I have a counter/close combat matchamp.
Is Poli slower but stronger overall? Or maybe at least 90% of that matchamp?
Or is he just a prestige king? I would hope not, I already have a bubble/hydro and a rock smash hydro in prestige range.
P.s. My lvl 30 bubble/hydro stay unused since bubble nerf, I'm firts a Vape fan :).
Solid attacker against Snorlax, Rhydon and Tyranitar.
Specially against Tyranitar, since you will resist every possible moveset from him and will take advantage from his double weakness to Fight.
Also good against Blisseys, but you will have some trouble with the big ones.
I would keep him at level 20 (I assume it has around 1400CP with 100% IVs and this is a good range to prestige against Tyranitar), but if you want to power him up to 30, it'll also be useful.

I usually keep top prestigers for my top defenders; Tyra maybe in the summer, only one hatch, zero seen and I keep walking snorlax(2 more to go to lvl 30 at least) and then probably second blissey will benefit from finding candies.
Maybe I will try him at lvl 20 vs. my blissey to see if takes more than half her health bar(2954cp).
